    Chief Executive


    Penny is responsible for leading our overall direction and overseeing major projects such as the Baker Street Two Way programme. She’s also instrumental in policy development within the community and lobbying government to put our Quarter firmly on the map. Penny’s got a penchant for chai tea lattes (always) coconut water (sometimes) and kir royal cocktails (occasionally)!

    Head of Marketing & Communications


    Ensuring everyone knows about the vibrant, versatile and quirky Quarter is Kirsty’s forte. From leading our events to communications and developing unique benefits for our businesses, Kirsty has it covered. Miss LifeandSoul hates to miss out and has to be the first to know what’s going on in the Quarter. She’s not quite succeeded in her request for an office dog…but she’s working on it!

  • Niall

    Head of Public Realm


    Niall’s our man to oversee the development and management of innovative projects to help ensure this vibrant area is a great place to live, work and visit (and to make it even greater than it is now!) He’s got his hands full with the Two Way Project, greening projects and initiatives linked to the Elizabeth line at the top of the list.

    He’s a passionate Man United fan and loves snapping pics through the lens of his SLR. We make sure the office coffee jar is never empty as Niall’s the first to admit he’s not a happy man without his 11am coffee!

  • Dina

    Events and Member Communications Manager


    She’s the creative brain behind our myriad of social events, walks and clubs, and the super-organised force driving our member events including our business networking gatherings, training programme and Smarter Giving drives as well as increasing members’ awareness and engagement

    Dina loves to get her hands dirty and as a firm believer of DIY,  you’ll find her working on a home improvement project with a much needed glass of fizz.

    Operations Manager


    Streetwise Will’s got his finger on the pulse on all things Operations. He’s the one that makes sure our award winning services are on top form : Smarter Recycling, One Stop Shop and the Street Team to name a few!

    His love of London extends outside work with his passions for food, photography and running (not usually all at the same time) leading him to many hidden gems in the City.

    Communications Executive


    Parita has a way with words which is why we count on her to write our newsletter every week. Not only is she a fine editor, but she also has an eye out for a new opportunity which is why she’s also responsible for our Baker Street Regular offers and deals.

    Parita’s ties to the Quarter run as deep as her DNA having studied, worked and lived here!

    Admin & Communications Assistant


    Providing maternity cover with administrative and communications support to the BakerStreetQ team is Tyra’s forté. She makes sure everything runs smoothly so that we as a team and office can deliver all the wonderful services, events and projects that you know and love! Tyra has a great sense of smell (not to mention style!) as she runs her own fragrance house outside work, making her own range of artisan perfumes.

    Our full-time public facing street Ambassador Dan not only welcomes and provides support to visitors of the Quarter but plays a vital role in monitoring the street-scape to keep it a great place to visit, work and live. When he’s not working, Dan loves gaming and building projects. Do say hi next time you see him.


  • Svenn

    Street Manager


    Svenn works alongside our Ambassador Dan with a focus on providing the public and local businesses re-assurance and to deal professionally and discretely with security concerns and issues of anti-social behaviour. This includes dealing organised begging, illegal street trading and trespass, together with supporting efforts to increase the resilience of the area to the threat of terrorism. Svenn loves building computers, gaming, books, watching football (Chelsea if you wondered)!

  • Kate

    Smarter Giving Project Manager


    Kate’s role is to identify how our members can support charities that are local to the Quarter and assist them with their CSR through our Smarter Giving programme.  Kate’s treat for all her hardwork is travelling the world which she tries to fit in, in between juggling all her charity work. And if she doesn’t get that far, a county pub is her compromise.
