Sunset Cinema Titles Announced

As summer kicks in we’re poised for the exciting launch of our second Summer in the Square, with Wimbledon Live and our Summer Festival of food, drink, music and fun in beautiful Portman Square Garden. Plus, we can now reveal the films for our hotly awaited, free outdoor Sunset Cinema!

On 30 June, we bring you the 80’s classic, Flash Gordon – there’ll be no better place for action and laughter – plus a pop-up food and drink stall from member, Double Tree by Hilton – Marble Arch. On 1 July, it’s Oscar-winning Gravity, with swooney Clooney, Sandra Bullock, space and stuff, there’s something for everyone plus Selfridges Food Hall pop up. Lounge on our deckchairs and cosy up with our cushions and blankets. Both screenings are at Portman Square Garden, gates open at 17:30 and films start at 19:30. Members can reserve their place, otherwise it’s first come, first served, with a max capacity of 450 so do come early to avoid disappointment.

And as if that’s not enough … exclusively for members we bring you a boutique cinema experience with Members’ Sunset Cinema, our very first event hosted in gorgeous Manchester Square Garden. Our exclusive line-up features the triple-Oscar award-winning film, Boyhood on 24 June and A Hard Day’s Night on 25 June, appropriately staged opposite the former EMI building. As well as enjoying the films, members can mingle and get to know each other, whilst indulging at the Selfridges Food Hall pop-up. Gates open at 17.30, films start at 19.30. Bookings are required.
