Summer in the Square: Women’s Nutrition and Fitness with New Body and Soul

Join expert Michelle Walsh as she offers an interactive session to discover your feminine superpower. She will help you to understand the four phases of a women’s cycle showcasing what is happening hormonally, with food and mindset. This session will include a short fitness session based around the four phases of a women’s cycle.
