NEW Online Wellbeing Training and Activities

With many working from home, staying positive and motivated is key to staying healthy.
That’s why we’ve developed an extended programme of enjoyable and informative free online health and wellbeing activities and virtual workshops coming up over the next few months to boost wellbeing and maintain a much-needed connection to Baker Street Quarter and its community.

MIND – has a variety of resources on how you can help your colleagues and yourself during coronavirus whilst working at home.
West1 Physio * – We teamed up with leading local physiotherapist, West1 Physio, for tips on how to stay fit when you’re working at home and how to set up your work space .
Mental Health Foundation – Whether you’re back at the workplace or working from home, the Mental Health Foundation has put together helpful advice on how to look after your mental health during this period of uncertainty.
Fitness Classes from Our Local Businesses
Take a break from your desk and get your body moving using the online resources available via these BakerStreetQ gyms and fitness centres.
BXR London * – A series of home workouts with a focus on legs, upper body, abs and mobility, are available to view on their BXR London Instagram page.
DW Fitness First * – Choose from a selection of bootcamps, aerobics, cardio or vinyasa flow sessions, all available on their ‘Live and On-demand digital workout timetable. Find out more here
KOBOX* – Strength, cardio and core workouts with brilliant personal trainers, available on the KOBOX Instagram grid
We currently have training available for Fire Marshals, Cyber Security, ACT Awareness – Counter Terrorism Course, SCaN Communications for Comms Professional – Counter Terrorism Training which are all free and online for our members. If you have staff that are currently furloughed they can also take part in training courses.
