Mental Health and Wellbeing

Never has there been a more critical time to focus on our mental and physical wellbeing and we’re very lucky that here in BakerStreetQ we have many businesses that want to help us do just that. We’ve gathered the following top tips and online resources for you to use and share with your colleagues.

*All of our local businesses featured on this page have a yellow star next to their name*

We are working to keep the Quarter’s community connected so please do get in touch if you are a local business and would like to get involved with our online programme, or if you would just like a chat.
