The University of Westminster is seeking feedback and looking to showcase its exciting plans for its innovation and enterprise Hub at 29 Marylebone Road.

The building comprises a corner site at the junction of Luxborough Street and Marylebone Road and faces back on to Bingham Place. Having previously been used as an office building, the University now plans to fully restore and renovate the building to create an innovation and enterprise hub with accessibility, sustainability, and community at the forefront.

The University team is very keen for the Quarter’s businesses to attend the session as it is hoped the building will provide a valuable resource for our business community. The building aims to provide high-end, professional training facilities for students, and be a place where they can interact with prospective employers as they prepare for the world of work. The venue will also be accessible to local businesses, providing them with the facilities and support they need to innovate and grow and contribute more to the local community.

The feedback session, and chance to see the full plans in-person with the University’s Project Leads, will take place on 27 April from 17.00 – 20.00. You can register here.

In the meantime, find out more about the project at: www.29mr.co.uk or email 29mr@westminster.ac.uk if you have any questions.
