A Michelin Star For Kol

The Michelin Guide 2022 has been announced and we were thrilled to see that another Quarter restaurant has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star. We’re delighted to see Kol awarded its first star for chef Santiago Lastra’s bold take on Mexican cuisine, described as “unique and exhilarating” by the judges.

Kol’s Michelin Star joins the Quarter’s other two fantastic starred restaurants, Trishna on Blandford Street and Locanda Locatelli also on Seymour Street.
