Boost Your Mental Health This Blue Monday With Our Wellbeing Programme

Today might be ‘Blue Monday’ but we have plenty of ways to give your wellbeing a boost over the next few weeks. You can take part in a variety of online and in-person sessions, walks and activities, whether you’re coming into the Quarter or working remotely.

For those looking for some movement and mindfulness, we have virtual sessions coming up including:

  • Hybrid Working – Optimising your back’s health on Wednesday 2 February
  • Slow Flow Yoga And Words on Friday 4 February
  • Understanding Sleep (And How To Get More Of It) on Friday 18 March
  • Creative Writing And Mindfulness on Monday 21 March

More details on the sessions and how to book are available here.

Our guided walking tours are a great way to get out and about and away from your desk while learning about the local area. We have our Literary Marylebone walk scheduled on Thursday 17 February. You can keep up to date on forthcoming walks and talks here.

Interested in training to help others with their mental health? We have our very popular Mental Health First Aider course taking place over three days from Tuesday 8 February – Thursday 10 February. Find out more about the course and sign up here.

Today is also ‘Brew Monday’, launched by the Samaritans to encourage people to reach out and share a cuppa with friends, family and colleagues who might be feeling lonely. Sounds to us like a good reason to book in a virtual chat or head to one of our many lovely cafes with your colleagues.
