BXR Park Classes

If you can’t wait for your fitness fix, world class exercise experts BXR have created socially distanced group classes for you to enjoy. So if you are missing the buzz of a group class with a professional trainer you can join them for a outdoor session in the lovely Paddington Gardens (next to Marylebone BXR).

There are three different class types to chose from:

SweatBOX: Shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises paired with slam bags

Cardio Conditioning & Core: Similar to BXRs existing class, modified for an outside space

Strength + Conditioning: Using kettlebells & Dumbbells

Available now. Each class will run every day, 7 days a week at the following times: Monday – Friday: 8:30, 10.00 & 12.00 Saturday & Sunday: 9.00, 10:30 & 12.00

You can book and purchase classes via the BXR app or on the BXR website.
