Co-op Carrier Bag Donation

We’d like to say thank you to Co-op on Portman Square for donating over 1,000 much-needed carrier bags to North Paddington Food Bank last week.

The Food Bank normally uses sturdy bags for life or customers bring their own bags. However after moving to a more home-based delivery model due to the current lockdown, NPFB was in need of many more carrier bags to bag up separate food groups and delivery supplies to customers on their doorstep.

This isn’t the first support Co-op has supported NPFB – they also  many food crates to help with transporting donations.

If you can offer similar support to the Food Bank, please get in touch with Kate at smartergiving@bakerstreetq.co.uk.
