Congratulations, Team HdeW!

Departing from Marylebone in torrential rain on 26 September, Club Peloton, alongside 35 of the Estate’s occupiers, plus representatives, hopped on their bikes set off for Paris in the inaural Howard de Walden Estate’ 330km London to Paris bike ride. Arriving in sunny Paris on 29 September, the team raised over £50,000 for local charity, West London Mission, which empowers people affected by homelessness, poverty and trauma to live more fulfilling lives.

Andrew Hynard, Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, commented “It was a fabulous team effort by medics, teachers, retailers, hoteliers, chief executives, and all the other riders who became a very close knit group united by the charitable cause and the Marylebone connection.”
