Diversity Success At Aspect Capital

Congratulations are in order for BakerStreetQ member Aspect Capital, based at 10 Portman Square, for winning a leading industry award for their work on diversity and inclusion. The HFM Awards are a recognition for those hedge funds that have outperformed their peers over the last 12 months. Aspect Capital said they were “thrilled” to receive this recognition from the industry, having worked so hard to support diversity and embrace a range of initiatives.

Aspect Capital’s Diversity, Equality and Inclusion committee’s programme promotes wellness, inclusion, education and awareness through events, training and other opportunities, aiming to be broad and cover a range of minorities across gender, sexual orientation, race, culture and religion. We recently covered Aspect Capital’s fantastic partnership with another local business, Multiverse, which has seen the cutting-edge investment manager embrace apprenticeships in several departments.
