Part of the wider Young People’s Foundations network, the YWF was set up in 2017 by Westminster City Council supported by the John Lyons Charity, with Phil Barron as CEO. The YWF has become a labour of love for CEO Phil and his compact team, and for local Marylebone High Street ward councillor , Karen Scarborough (also a Trustee), who are striving to safeguard Westminster’s strong infrastructure of historic youth services.

The team work tirelessly to raise funds and grow the YWF into a community of cross sector members and partners, with their aim to create the best opportunities for young people in Westminster and to help them develop healthy, safe, happy, better and brighter futures.

Now you could help, too, by joining the fabulous London to Brighton Bike Ride this September. The YWF team has secured 15 places on this exhilarating 54-mile ride from our Capital City to the south coast’s most famous beach.
