Did you know that food waste has a bigger carbon impact than plastics? Find out how you can make a difference and how our members already contribute.

Smarter Recycling is our service to make the area’s waste management simpler, cheaper and greener. Our two providers are Paper Round and Westminster City Council’s Commercial Waste Service Veolia, and both offer food waste services, are vetted to the highest environmental standards and have zero to-landfill services. Both Paper Round and Westminster Veolia offer free waste audits, to support your business to stay on top of waste, cut costs and hit those green targets.

Paper Round has also teamed up with Vegware to offer compostable packaging disposal that can help reduce your business’s food waste. Compostable containers, cutlery and cups, along with residue food, can be transformed by Paper Round’s service into quality compost in a 7-week cycle. Find out more here. We’re proud to work with local charity Marylebone FoodCycle which works locally to reduce both food poverty and food waste. They are always grateful for surplus food donations from local restaurants and shops, as well as financial donations from businesses and individuals which will be used to purchase insurance, equipment and essential food items like oils, herbs and spices.
