Horti-couture At Selfridges 

Selfridges has recently launched a Garden Centre at its Oxford Street store as part of its creative theme for 2021, Good Nature.  

The Selfridges Garden Centre sells gardening tools, seeds, indoor and outdoor plants, pots, Selfridges own label compost and – our favourite – a Selfridges yellow gnome. There’s also a healthy dash of trademark Selfridges luxury for gardening and fashion enthusiasts alike, with an exclusive fashion collection from Prada and Selfridges merchandise featuring puns such as Herb Your Enthusiasm and Horti-Couture.  

The Selfridges Garden Centre is sure to be a hive of activity too, with the Potting Shed a destination for events and advice. A resident gardener, programme or workshops, experiences and happenings will explore the positivity that gardening brings as well as practical and sustainable garden skills.   

Horticultural Trades Association show that over 3 million people started gardening in 2020 as a result of more time spent at home since the first lockdown, so we’re sure this will be a popular addition to our corner of Marylebone. Find out more here.
