Introduction To Mindfulness

Cushman & Wakefield is hosting a six-week Introduction to Mindfulness course for its staff in partnership with Akanista. Spare places on the course, which will take place at C&W’s premises on Portman Square, are now being opened up to everyone at half price – £60 instead of £120.

Akanista specialises in integrated care and well-being programmes into daily life to build successful and healthy lives at home and in the office.

The six hour-long sessions cover modules:

  • Increase focus
  • Reduce stress
  • Enhance productivity
  • Be more positive

Whether you want to learn meditation to find more calm, happiness and resilience, improve concentration or more, this course will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness, meditation and art of living. You will be provided with the tools to establish a regular practice at home or work.

The course takes place every Tuesday between 17.30 and 18.30 from 5 November.
