Local Businesses Support Mock Interview Day

Interviews can be terrifying, even for the most experienced of us, let alone for students looking to climb their first rung of the employment ladder, so it was immensely valuable to the students from local King Solomon’s Academy to take part in mock interviews assisted by eight volunteers from Aspect Capital Management and BBA Aviation who volunteered their business skills.

By sharing their skills and experience with local students, and helping them prepare for the world of recruitment, businesses are not only helping to build local ties, but are also nurturing future employees who might one day return to enrich their own organisations.
