It’s busy to say the least and rightly so because these guys have a vast array of top notch clients big and small, from the likes of The Virgin Group and Starbucks just to name a couple. The brains behind many a famous campaign they started with just three people 25 years ago, last year they were Warc’s Best Media Agency in Europe  and they have an awards corridor no less. I needed to find out more …

How would you describe Manning Gottlieb OMD?

We’re a marketing performance company committed to delivering sharper insights, smarter ideas and stronger results driving our clients’ growth across the region.

We have a great range of clients as you’ve mentioned and our teams are involved in some very exciting projects. I’d say our USP is our culture – we’re a really vibrant, fun loving group and there’s a lovely family feel to the company.

Tell us two facts about Manning Gottlieb OMD that we might not know

We have our own brand of beer, The Seymour Brew following a client’s comment that they “love the culture, you should bottle it!” … so we did.

Whilst we work with many large clients we also have a dedicated consultancy team to focus on start-ups. The Beyond team help a brand from the very beginning and assist them in strategically building their business.

How does Manning Gottlieb OMD benefit from membership of BakerStreetQ?

We loved your Summer In The Square events – I’d say pretty much the whole building went along! It was great to be able to make use of Portman Square Garden.  The Wimbledon screenings were great as well and we always come along to your Food Markets. We also use offers on your Baker Street Regulars App and the newsletter is a great resource for finding out what’s going on locally.

What do you like about the Quarter?

Like I say, the events in the summer were really great and it’s nice to make the most of sitting outside in the summer, enjoying the weather and the big sporting events. Personally I like to have a local walk at lunchtime and I love that everything is on your doorstep here. The Devonshire Arms is our local for after work drinks and if we’re meeting clients there are loads of great places for coffee.

What would you like to see here in the future?

I’d love a great deli, local, independent, build your own sandwich, that type of thing.

Where’s your go-to local eatery and what’s your favourite dish?

I love 106 Baker Street and their make your own salad boxes. Also everyone’s talking about Reubens’ salt beef sandwich.

What’s the first thing you do when you get into work?

I have a coffee! Then I look through our social media feeds and review what’s happened overnight and I go through the trade press, news and so on to get up to speed with current events.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I eat – a lot! I love going out for meals and drinks. Oh and I love a good brunch on the weekend. I also like to keep active and go to the gym, Fitness First Baker Street – I love trying out new classes. I’m always looking for new activities to stay active and I’ve tried Barry’s Boot Camp, Pscycle, stuff like that.
