New Montagu Kitchen Menu
The Montagu Kitchen at The Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill on Portman Square has launched a new menu and Baker Street Regulars deal. The menu celebrates modern British dining with a twist, and you can truly make the most of it with our Baker Street Regulars scheme; the restaurant is offering Regulars a two-course lunch from the set menu, a glass of wine and a tea or coffee to round off your meal for £28pp, or three courses for £35. Carefully sourced ‘British Icons’ dishes are filled with stories, personality and seasonal produce from only the most trusted and sustainable suppliers and with options for both plant-based diets and meat-eaters. This elegant restaurant, located at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, is the perfect spot for a special after work meal or business lunch.
The restaurant team, led by Executive Chef Roger Olsson, aims to tell a gastronomic story travelling through different chapters of the menu, from the Prologue, to Harvested, Hooked, Farmed, the Epilogue, and a chapter of The Montagu specials for good measure. Dishes include the Nero Scotch Egg, using Cornish Squid and Ink, unlike any other Scotch Egg; globe artichoke with apple and caramel; and Chef Roger’s personal favourite, the Norfolk Quail Wellington. End your meal on a high note with the Pudding for Victory, a nod to the hotel’s inspiration, Winston Churchill.
