Personal Safety During Coronavirus
The Suzy Lamplugh Trust has kindly invited Baker Street Quarter members to attend its free sessions coming up this month, which we would recommend to any workers who are spending time in the workplace alone. The objective of the sessions is to provide useful knowledge and tools that workers can dynamically use to assess, mitigate and manage aggressive and violent behaviours as they carry out their duties.
The Trust was awarded a grant by the City Bridge Trust to provide these free of charge, Personal Safety Awareness sessions to keyworkers across London in response to the significant increase in aggressive and violent behaviours, particularly since the pandemic began in 2020, and the sessions have now been opened up to all.
The following Personal Safety Awareness sessions are available to register now for Baker Street Quarter members:
Further webinars will run until the end of June 2021. Sessions are approximately 30 minutes’ long, with an additional 10 minutes at the end for Q&A, if delegates wish to stay. The objective of the sessions is to provide useful knowledge and tools that workers can use to dynamically assess then mitigate, manage or reduce aggressive and violent behaviours, as they carry out their day-to-day duties.
