Providing Breakfast for Local Students

Many families are facing financial hardship in the current economic climate, with spiralling costs of essential items such as food and fuel. The St Marylebone CE School is looking to set up a Breakfast Bar to provide a regular, healthy breakfast for those students who may not otherwise get one at home.

The School is looking for funding to provide this service for a year. As a comprehensive school with 29% of students eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant and 19% eligible for Free School Meals, the estimated annual cost of providing a breakfast for these pupils is £38,000.

The School is seeking financial support towards this project and is hoping that local businesses may be able to help. Any donations or fundraising efforts for this cause will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small.
