Safe Travel to the Quarter
7 February 2022
With work from home guidance lifted, TfL has updated its guidance to businesses on how to ensure a safe journey to work for your employees and colleagues. Find plenty of video resources, facts about network cleanliness and tips to help workers travel in safely here. If you or colleagues are concerned about travelling into London at busy times, make sure you’ve downloaded the TfL Go app to check live station information and help plan your journeys at quieter times to make your commute more comfortable.
With more people travelling into the Quarter each week, remember that face masks are still required on TfL services to help protect you and those around you. This is echoed by the current government guidance; while face coverings are no longer required by law in England, mask use is encouraged in busy spaces and where you are likely to come into contact with people you do not normally meet. As always, exemptions are permitted and full details are available on the GOV.uk website.
We’ve been really pleased to see the number of travellers to the Quarter continue to gradually increase each week since the relaxation of rules in January. We continue to track traveller numbers to Baker Street, Marble Arch and Bond Street, and you can see them here.
