Take A Look At Our New Wellbeing Events

We have added a host of new events to our long-running and popular wellbeing series, including some brand new additions to our programme. From our new Mindful Walking Club to Art Club, it’s time to try something new, break old habits and feel energised.

On 13 April, come along to our Recharge virtual session of Qigong and Yin Yoga with teacher Wenlin Tan which  will help to melt away stress and tension. Looking for something a little more energetic? Try our Dance Yoga Club with Gem on 27 April.

Feeling overwhelmed and in need of new techniques to manage your time and decrease your stress levels? Stress Reset on 20 April is designed to help and support you in understanding stress and improving resilience, while our Master Your Time virtual session 28 April will teach you invaluable tools and tips. It’s important to look inwards when considering our wellbeing, so our Nutrients vs Calories virtual session on 24 May will help you debunk myths and help you build a nutrition plan to make you feel great. Or to take a total break from the day-to-day, come along to our virtual Art Club on 21 April. We’ll be celebrating International Sculpture Day, and all abilities are welcome.

If you can’t take a full hour out of your day, try our Mindful Walking Club (7 April, 12 May and 9 June) or 30 Minute Mindfulness virtual session (18 May) for a quick circuit-breaker session to help you re-centre yourself.

Looking to learn how best to support your colleagues and recognise the signs of mental health problems? Our two member exclusive training courses, Mental Health For Managers (4 May) and Mental Health First Aid (14-16 June) could be for you.

These sessions are all completely free so please encourage your colleagues to sign up to this newsletter and access all the sessions available to them. Find our full events calendar, including our popular walking tours and more training opportunities, here.
