  • Events & Pop Ups

    Events & Pop Ups

    Events are one of our specialities and are a great way for businesses to reach new customers and getting people out and about exploring the Quarter. Our long-running food markets are popular with local workers, residents and visitors alike, while our virtual events programme has been a big success offering everything from creative writing workshops to practical tips for working at home. Our food markets are a great way of encouraging workers back to the area, offering open air dining as well as covered seating for both small and large groups – a great way to catch up with colleagues. With plenty going on in the area every week, we help make sure the Quarter is a fantastic place to work, live and visit. We’re always keen to involve our local businesses in all areas of our events programme, such as mental health and wellbeing, so if you’ve got ideas for an online or in-person session we’d love to hear them.

  • Al Fresco Dining

    Al Fresco Dining

    Working with Portman Marylebone and our neighbours Marble Arch BID, our al fresco street dining scheme in the summers of 2020 and 2021 has transformed New Quebec Street and Seymour Place. The scheme transform into an al fresco dining experience, this year, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through temporary road closures, allowing for expanded dining space at the unique mix of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. With a Street Concierge team present in the area, our al fresco street dining offers a safe experience for everyone and is a great way of attracting more visitors to the area.

  • Marketing Campaigns

    Marketing Campaigns

    Through partnerships with organisations such as Portman Marylebone, Visit London and London & Partners, we work hard to get the Quarter included on key marketing campaigns throughout the year. Recent examples are Keys to Marylebone, in partnership with Portman Marylebone, and the city-wide Let’s Do London campaign to promote London to a domestic tourism audience. Raising the profile of the Quarter ensures that Marylebone gets attention often reserved for other West End locations, and makes it an even more desirable place to live, work and visit.
