With tens of thousands of people using the Quarter each day caring and maintaining the area is a full time job. That’s where our Street Management team come in – they ensure the Quarter is cared for and smartly presented to ensure all that visit the area have a warm welcome and a consistent positive experience.
Our Ambassadors are integral to how we look after the Quarter. They are not just a friendly face and have a variety of roles including monitoring the street environment, reporting faults and problems to the local authorities and providing support to locals and visitors. For all one stop shop issues they will be on the case to ensure everything is dealt with as quickly as possible.

The Street Manager works alongside our Ambassadors with a focus on providing the public and local businesses re-assurance and to deal professionally and discretely with security concerns and issues of anti-social behaviour. This includes dealing organised begging, illegal street trading and trespass, together with supporting efforts to increase the resilience of the area to the threat of terrorism.

Our clean team is there to step in when more cleaning and is needed. Westminster City Council does a great job within its means but our members demand a higher level of service to ensure clients and employees have the very best experience. We undertake additional regular cleaning of the busiest parts of the Quarter including The Wonderpass, Baker Street and Marylebone Road plus extra deep cleaning of anywhere that’s needed. If there’s a part of the Quarter that you think needs extra attention do let us know.
