JCA Group Supporting Local Students

As part of our Smarter Giving Corporate Social Responsibility programme, we recently introduced members, JCA Group, to Career Academy, a charity that supports students with mentoring and wider support to inspire and motivate them into further education and professional careers.

Since January this year, JCA Group has been mentoring eight young people from local schools, helping to really raise their aspirations.  Last week, JCA Group also held a careers session for a further 15 students from Westminster Academy to introduce them to the headhunting profession, share interview tips and assist them with writing their CVs. Volunteers from a number of different disciplines spoke about their role and path from school to JCA Group with a total of 12 staff taking part in the session.

We’re really excited by JCA Group’s commitment to the local community and involvement in our Smarter Giving programme.
